§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have received representations from Greenpeace—as part of its "Wasting the World" campaign—and from Mr. Fred Kockott of Environmental Press Service, South Africa. In his letter of 8 November, Mr. Kockott referred to a petition being given to Her Majesty's Government but extensive inquiries have failed to locate such a document.
