To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what discussions she has had concerning the unpublished European Commission report on the reform of the common agricultural policy; and if she will make a statement.

This internal European Commission study has yet to be completed and published. Publication is a matter for the Commission and if it decides to make the study available, I will read it with interest.
