To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what has been the average waiting time for appeals against valuation to be heard since the introduction of the council tax.

A figure cannot yet be given because many appeals are being cleared by the Valuation Office without a valuation tribunal hearing.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many appeals there have been against council tax valuations since the council tax was introduced.

Some 55,855 at 28 February.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many successful appeals against valuation have resulted in a change in the banding of a property since the introduction of the council tax.

Some 13,088 appeals have so far led to property banding changes.
