To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many orders were placed by British Rail in each financial year since 1990–91; what are the projections for 1994–95 and 1995–96 for(a) mainline passenger and freight locomotives, (b) mainline passenger coaches, (c) regional multiple units and (d) freight and goods wagons of all descriptions.
