Mr. Blunkett

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if she will publish a table showing for each region the percentage of patients entering accident and emergency departments who were seen and assessed for treatment within five minutes of their arrival in the last period for which figures are available;

(2) what proportion of patients in each English health region were seen within 30 minutes of their out-patient appointment in the last period for which figures are available.
