To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many registered disabled people are employed in his Department; and what percentage this is of the total.

The information requested is set out in the annual disability report contained in the magazine "Independent", which was published on Friday 18 March. A copy of this has been placed in the Library. The report shows that 182.5 of the staff currently employed by the Home Office are registered disabled, representing 0.4 per cent. of all staff.
