§ Mr. Stewart[holding answer 16 March 1994]: Every general dental practitioner who intends to provide NHS 184W treatment must join a health board dental list. Highland health board advises that 10 general dental practitioners have left its dental list in the past 18 months. The health board is not aware of any general dental practitioners in its area who restrict national health service dental treatment to children only.
