§ Mr. RedwoodA statutory minimum term has never featured in our proposals for agricultural tenancy reforms; nor is it included in the common position agreed by the majority of farming organisations and announced by the Government on 8 December. In the light of that agreement, we are now finalising details so that legislation can be introduced as soon as parliamentary time permits.
