To ask the Attorney-General if he will publish in a White Paper clarification as to the purpose of public interest immunity certificates and when they should be used along with any proposals for reform of the procedure.

To ask the Attorney-General what plans he has to review the procedures on the use of public interest immunity as a reason for the non-publication of documents.
