To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what changes have taken place in the average prices of(a) council houses and (b) housing association houses in Wales during each of the past 14 years.

Information on the changes in average market prices of council dwellings in Wales for each year since 1981 is shown in the following table. Information on average prices for housing association dwellings is not available centrally.
