Member to the Department of the Environment circular 16/89, published on 2 June 1989, relating to the Transfrontier Shipment of Hazardous Waste Regulations 1988, Statutory Instrument No. 1562. The printing and distribution of this circular are matters for 871W HMSO. As part of the initial, official distribution, copies were sent to all local authorities and waste authorities in England and Wales.
