To ask the Lord President of the Council if he will make a statement on parliamentary scrutiny of the use of public interest immunity certificates; what proposals he has to improve such scrutiny; and if he will make a statement.

Scrutiny of public interest immunity certificates is a matter for the Courts in each case.
