§ Mr. RedwoodMy strategy is based on the continued success of United Kingdom macroeconomic policy; improving standards of education and training in Wales; improving access to markets; and ensuring a good supply of development land and facilities for industry and commerce. The continuing success of this strategy should enable average earnings for both men and women in Wales to increase still further.
