§ Mr. AtkinsWe understand that three member states have submitted their reports. The Netherlands submitted its report in January, and Belgium submitted its in February. The Secretary of State wrote to the chairman of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development on 6 March enclosing the United Kingdom's report. Copies of the United Kingdom's report have been placed in the Library.
