§ Mr. Alex Carlile
To ask the Prime Minister if he will instruct the relevant Department to place in the Library copies of all telexes made the subject of public interest immunity certificates in the case of Mr. Lorrain Osman; and if he will make a statement.

No. It would not be in the public interest to disclose the contents of classified documents concerning the international relations of the United Kingdom.

§ Mr. Darling
To ask the Prime Minister how many public interest immunity certificates he has signed in each year since 1990.
