§ Mr. Peter LloydThe Prison Service's commitments under the citizens charter were set out in "The Prison Service and Citizen's Charter", published in April 1993. This document was circulated very widely within the Prison Service and a copy has been placed in the Library. There is, however, no plan to publish a prisoners charter.
