§ Mr. Michael ForsythMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State next expects to meet his European counterparts at the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 19 April 1994. A range of employment matters will be under discussion in the context of the follow up to the White Paper on "Growth, Competitiveness and Employment". Commissioner Flynn's Green Paper on social policy, which makes passing reference to improving employment opportunities for legal immigrants, may also be discussed.
