To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what steps his Department has taken to ensure that the workers made redundant last year by ABB Transportation Ltd. in York received the unemployment benefits to which they are entitled.

So far as I am aware, there are no outstanding cases of clients not having received unemployment benefit to which they are entitled.
