§ Mr. DobsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish a full list of all organisations to which his Department sent and from which it has received responses regarding the consultation paper on proposed railway drink and drugs legislation, together with the addresses of each such organisation.
§ Mr. Freeman[holding answer 18 January 1994]: My Department issued 42 copies of the consultation paper to transport operators, passenger transport executives, trade 409W unions, the police, magistrates and the medical profession, and we received 27 responses. It is not our practice to identify those organisations or individuals who respond to consultation exercises.
