Whether they will define "rurality" as it applies to the NHS (General and Pharmaceutical Services) Amendment Regulations 1983 and subsequent legislation.

It is the responsibility of family health services authorities to determine questions about rurality. Guidance on the matter was issued under cover of HSG(92)13, copies of which have been placed in the Library.
