§ Mr. LivingstoneTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the titles of the master information exchange arrangements agreements between the United States of America and Britain, outlining the subject matter of each title, the date each agreement was signed, and any other countries involved in each agreement.
§ Mr. AitkenThe Master Information Exchange Agreement between the United States of America and the United Kingdom was signed in September 1988. It provides for the exchange, for defence purposes, of information concerning military, technical or scientific topics. Individual information projects are set out in annexes to the arrangement. There is a number of these involving many areas of my Department. Information on them is being collected and I shall write to the hon. Member.
