§ Mr. Gwilym JonesIt is for local authorities and health authorities to identify the need for, and the priorities for the provision of, services for deaf-blind people in their area in their local strategies for health and social care plans.
The responsibility for making appropriate educational provision for children who are deaf and blind rests with the local education authority.
