§ Mr. KeyQ prefix registration marks are allocated to vehicles whose age cannot be established. Typically they are allocated to imported vehicles for which registration documents are not available—vehicles that have been extensively rebuilt and vehicles assembled from a kit, using parts from more than one donor vehicle.
