To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the new local authorities in schedule 1 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Bill as amended in the Standing Committee, giving the(a) population, (b) electorate, (c) area and (d) number of (i) secondary and (ii) primary schools for each of those authorities.
