§ Mr. SoamesDraft regulations to implement two EC directives covering the composition, marketing and export of infant formula and follow-on formula have been the subject of a public consultation exercise. The closing date for the receipt of comments was 4 March. The Government will carefully consider all the comments received, before announcing their conclusions on what the regulations should include.
