§ Mr. GoodladThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office has not entered into any agreement to subscribe to freephone or freepost number facilities. Staff can use the national freepost number, 0800, but are automatically barred by our telephone exchanges from using the premium rate numbers 0898 and 0891. Consequently there are no costs involved.
