To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what considerations underpinned the decision not to include nuclear recycling at Sellafield or Dounreay in chapter 23 on waste and recycling, at pages 148 to 157 of Her Majesty's Government's sustainable development strategy report published on 25 January.
