§ Mr. Tony LloydTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many people have participated in(a) business start-up and (b) the enterprise allowance scheme in each year since their inception.
§ Miss WiddecombeThe information requested is given in the following table. I expect the business start-up scheme to continue to help those people wishing to set up in business and that the additional funding announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the March 1993 Budget will help more people in 1993–94.
