§ Mr. RifkindI maintain a close interest in the conditions under which British forces are deployed in Bosnia. I make regular visits there, most recently last month, and I was particularly impressed, as are we all, by the dedication and courage demonstrated by our forces in carrying out their work under difficult and dangerous conditions.
