§ Mr. RedwoodThe report shows that encouraging developments are under way in Wales. Programmes such as Source Wales, and a range of training and innovation support measures, are already in place to address those areas where the report considers that further progress is required. These programmes are kept under constant review. For example, my recent consultation paper, "People and Prosperity—A Challenge to Wales" has elicited an excellent response and I will be publishing a strategy framework for training, education and enterprise in due course.
