§ Mr. SackvilleDraft regulations to implement two European Community directives covering the composition, marketing and export of infant formula and follow-on formula have been the subject of a public consultation exercise carried out by my right hon. Friend the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The closing date for receiving comments was 4 March. The regulations will be finalised once we have considered carefully the comments received.
