§ Mr. MacleanThe Government are still considering what action it might be appropriate to take. Our aim is to ensure that any measure introduced to prevent or deter irresponsible and heavy-handed wheel clamping on private land does not prevent sensible measures being taken to control genuine parking problems. We will make our conclusions known as soon as possible.
