§ Mr. KeyBray's Detective Agency, Southampton, has been employed since March 1992 to service papers and collect evidence of trespass on the M3 construction site. At present, its contract runs until the end of July 1994. By the end of January this year, the agency had been paid approximately £228,000.
§ Mr. DenhamTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what is the total cost to date of legal action taken against protestors concerning the Twyford down section of the M3.
§ Mr. KeyThe total cost of legal fees to date in connection with action against trespassers on the M3 construction site is approximately £165,000, excluding value added tax.
§ Mr. DenhamTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport when it is expected the Twyford down section of the M3 will be completed.
