§ Mr. AingerTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if she will list all the blocks her Department recommended should be excluded from the 14th round of offshore oil licensing; and what was the specific reason in each case;
(2) what areas of concern her Department asked the DTI to address in deciding which blocks to license during the 14th round of offshore oil licensing.
