§ Mr. JackAn extensive, but not exhaustive, list of grants and licences with relevant target times was published in the Ministry's regional service standard "Commitment to Service" in December 1992. A copy of that document is in the Library of the House. It is planned to publish a revision of "Commitment to Service", which will extend targets to other grant and licence schemes, in May this year. Comparative information on performance against targets will be published later in the year and copies will be available on request from Ministry regional service centres.
