To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what research has been conducted, is being conducted or is planned into the impact of other EC workers on the British labour market and into the potential impact of allowing third-country nationals resident in other member states to work without restrictions in the United Kingdom.

The Department has not conducted research into the impact of allowing third-country nationals resident in other member states to work without restrictions in the United Kingdom.
