§ Mr. FreemanThe international rolling stock that will run on the new rail link is single deck and can serve Ashford international passenger station for many years to come. If a future generation of international trains were to be double deck, any necessary adjustments could be made to the track and line side structures if there was a need for access to the IPS by these larger trains.
