§ Mr. AncramHealth and social services boards are responsible for developing appropriate contingency arrangements in the event of residential care and nursing home failures. The level of accommodation available throughout Northern Ireland is such that residents who might need to be relocated on closure of a home will have a reasonable choice of alternative accommodation.
