§ Mr. Stewart[holding answer 28 February 1994]: No. Health boards are responsible for monitoring the terms of the contracts awarded by national health service trusts to general practitioner fundholders. For that purpose general practitioner fundholders are required to lodge copies of all their contracts with their health board.
