§ Mr. GoodladMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary and I look forward to seeing the Governor of Hong Kong during his next visit to the United Kingdom 749W from 30 March to 9 April. This will be an opportunity to take stock with the Governor, following the welcome decision of the Hong Kong Legislative Council to pass the first electoral Bill and the publication of the Bill on the remaining electoral issues.
