What is the highest percentage of losses of any state in relation to bananas that the Stabilisation of Export Earnings (STABEX) has met in recent years.

STABEX meets the same percentage of all valid claims, whatever the state or commodity. The highest percentage of losses met in recent years was 43 per cent. in 1992.
