Whether they will state the manner in which United Kingdom legislation would require to be amended when and if European Community Draft Instrument 11322/93 is approved.

The effect of Draft Instrument 11322/93 is simply to establish procedures for the assessment of flavouring substances for authorisation in foodstuffs within the European Community. It would not of itself require implementing UK legislation, which would become necessary only when the procedures have been operated and flavouring substances approved.
