§ Mr. GummerThe substantial deregulation action that my Department is taking in relation to all the task force recommendations, including those cited, to reduce unnecessary controls on business while safeguarding environmental and public safety is fully set out in each of the three categories at pages 36 to 44 of the DTI publication "Deregulation—Cutting Red Tape" that was issued on 19 January. A copy of this publication was placed in the Library of the House on that date.
