§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonUrban programme grant of £172,386 for capital costs and, for four years, £94,308 per annum for current costs, was approved on 7 September 1992. The sponsoring local authority, Strathclyde regional council, meets 25 per cent. of those amounts; 75 per cent. is met by the Scottish Office. I have no information about financial assistance from other sources.
