§ Mr. NorrisThe Marine Safety Agency is currently undertaking a comprehensive survey to assess the quality of reception facilities provided in United Kingdom ports. The survey will indicate the extent to which independent contractors are used to provide facilities. Consideration will be given as to what useful information might be published when the results of the survey have been evaluated.
