§ Mr. NorrisPort state control inspections already include the routine inspection of the oil record book. Further consideration is being given to the minimum extent of routine inspections by our partners in the Paris memorandum of understanding on port state control and the Government are seeking their urgent consideration of all of Lord Donaldson's recommendations on port state control.
