Whether they will ask the Indian authorities for details of the cases in which 67 members of the Indian security forces have been convicted and sentenced to terms of imprisonment in respect of acts committed in Jammu and Kashmir.
§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Chalker of Wallasey)Her Majesty's High Commission in New Delhi has asked the Indian authorities for the details to which the noble Lord has referred. We shall forward their reply to the noble Lord as soon as we receive it.
