§ Mr. JackAt the time of distributing the IACS forms we could not predict how many forms would be returned in an admissible state.
We were able to accept 155,977 applications as having been lodged with United Kingdom Agriculture Departments by the 15 May deadline; of these 81,863 were received in England, 20,329 in Wales, 25,416 in Scotland and 28,369 in Northern Ireland. An application may relate to more than one farm holding. Departments are still carrying out detailed checks to determine eligibility for payment of these applications.
