(2) whether, further to his correspondence with the hon. Member for Great Grimsby, he has initiated inquiries into money laundering involving AGIP (Africa) Ltd.
§ The Prime MinisterAs the hon. Gentleman will be aware, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales investigated the allegations of misconduct on the part of its members and concluded that there was insufficient evidence to justify bringing a disciplinary case against them.
