§ Mr. HurdAs my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister made clear in his answer to the hon. Member for Peckham (Ms Harman) on 21 June at columns85–86; the contract for office cleaning services at the new Secret Intelligence Service headquarters at Vauxhall cross will achieve a substantial saving to public funds. It is not our policy to give detailed information about the expenditure of the individual security and intelligence agencies.
